Registration

For registering as an influencer, users need to login with their mobile number, where OTP will be shared with their mobile number and once they enter it, they will be logged as farmer and system prompts a pop up to provide the name, it’s mandatory. Once provided, they can navigate to you tab on the footer and send request by clicking on the send request button below the profile section, the registration form will have the following details which need to be filled:

1. Phone Number – Non-Editable

2. Name - Mandatory

3. Email Id- Mandatory

4. Channel Name - Mandatory

5. Channel Description - Mandatory

6. YouTube link – non-mandatory

7. Facebook Link - Non-Mandatory

8. Instagram Link - Non-Mandatory

Before submitting the request, they must accept the terms and conditions and privacy policy to procced further. It's mandatory for registration.

Post submitting the form, the status will get changed to under review.

Once the form is submitted, Farminsta team reviews the registration form and either approves or rejects the application.

For reviewing the application, Login to Admin portal with the credentials and navigate to channel and click on creator onboardings, select the registration form submitted by the influencer and click on the actions buttons to accept or reject the application.

If rejected, the status will be shown as resend request, farmers can resubmit the registration form and submit for review.

If approved, user will be logged out as farmer, and he has relog in back with the same mobile number to access the influencer mobile interface.

Reset PIN

After logging in, they need to set their personal pin, and they can also reset it whenever they wish to by clicking on reset pin.

Clicking on "Reset PIN" takes users to a verification page, where they must enter the OTP sent to them. Once the OTP is verified, they will be redirected to a page where they can reset their PIN by entering a new one.

Channel Profile

Whenever users want to update their channel information, such as their name and profile picture, they can do so by clicking on the channel profile picture.

Post Reels

Users can create the reels by using their phone’s camera or upload it through mobile’s gallery and then fill the form with the following details:

1. Title - Mandatory

2. Description - Mandatory

3. Reel Language - Mandatory

4. Reel Category - Mandatory

5. Targeted Crop - Mandatory

6. Targeted location - Mandatory

Reel Analytics

Once the reel is successfully uploaded, it will be shown on the homepage of the app with analytics – like, views, shares and comments

By clicking on each reel, users are redirected to the reel details page, where they can play the reel, view analytics, and check the title and description. They also have the option to reply to comments.

Reel Bank

Overall cumulative reels will be shown on the homepage beside profile Section.

Profile section includes channel name, profile picture and description

Followers

The list will be shown on the homepage beside profile Section under Reels.

Channel Analytics

It includes the following metrics:

1. Views

2. Impressions

3. Likes

4. Comments

5. Shares

6. Watch time

Loyalty Points

For being a Loyal influencer for farminsta, it offers the loyalty points as follows.

Note: if any influencer requests to migrate their channel reels from their social media channels. You can follow the below procedure.

Reels Migration

Login to Admin portal with the below credentials and navigate to channel and click on the view icon and then click on the three dots to find the YT migration option.

By clicking on it, you can load all the reels at one shot by providing the channel link and linking to relevant category and location and if you wish to each of the reel to different category and location, you can provide the each YouTube video link and tag to relevant category and location and finally click on run action.

Now, these reels migrated will be scheduled for every 12 hours, in the sequence of one after one.

Influencers can access the earned points by clicking on the points widget on the home page or the earnings tab on the footer.

This will show the total points earned, currently available points, unlocked points, and expiring points.

KYC Verification

To redeem points, Influencers must complete KYC verification. By clicking on the scroll bar at the top of the "My Earnings" page, they will receive a message from Cash free Payments on WhatsApp. By clicking on the link from the message, it redirects to the web browser, and they can validate their Aadhaar number, PAN number, and account details.

Unlocking and Redemption

Once influencer cross 500 points, the points will be automatically unlocked and displayed under the "Unlocked" widget. By clicking on this widget, they will be redirected to the redemption page, where they can enter the number of points they wish to redeem from the available points.

Note: 2.5 coins = 1 rupee, amount will be shown as hint during the redeemption.

Once the redemption request is submitted, Farminsta Team reviews the transaction history and approves the payment. Once approved, the money will be automatically credited to your bank account and the status will be shown as paid. Till then, the status will be shown as pending.

For reviewing, Login to Admin portal with the credentials and navigate to Redemptions and select the redemption request and click on the actions to accept or reject the request.

Expiry

Expiring widget shows the number of points that are going to expiry in the next 7 days from the today’s date.

You

It consists of following:

• Account information: Users can access their account details like name, email address and profile picture

• Language: users can update their language by clicking on it and selecting the relevant language

• Help

  • Call- Users can contact the Farminsta team through a call

  • Chat - Users can contact the Farminsta team through WhatsApp chat.

• Logout: Users can use this option to securely end their session, protecting their data and preventing unauthorized access.
